CAECA (Central-Asian European Creative Alliance)  has been launched in the context of increasing interest in cultural and creative industries in Europe and Central Asia.

 

At the crossroads of these interests and challenges of cultural diplomacy and international cultural relations our Alliance will operate creative projects and opportunities, where our diverse participants will shape tomorrow’s agenda in their countries, regions, organizations and could contribute to global cultural governance.
